Twisted Designs takes great pride that our products are made by our jewelry designers here in Colorado.

How do I know what the right size is for me?

What if I want a certain product, but it does not show available in my size?
Contact us with the product information and size. We will then review with our designers if we can design that item in that size.

Do you take orders over the phone or by email?
The security of your personal information is our priority here at Twisted Designs. We will not accept orders over the phone or by email.
I have questions about my order?
If you have questions regarding an item prior to placing your order, please contact us.
**Important Note** Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after completion of checkout.
How will I know my order shipped?
Once your order is ready to ship you will receive a shipping confirmation. Please allow 24-48 hours for the USPS to update your tracking number. Order placed on any standard business day after 12 pm will be processed the following business day.
Do you ship on holidays and weekends?
No, we do not ship on most major holidays or weekends. Any orders placed after 12 pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
