Return/Exchange 

Policy

Twisted Designs strives to make certain every customer is satisfied with their online purchase. In the unfortunate scenario that an item needs to be returned/exchanged. Refer to our policy below: 

 

Needing to Return or Exchange

Contact us at Twisted Designs within 48 hours of receiving your order. We are committed to promptly working on any issues/concerns regarding your situation.

 

Normal Wear & Tear

Items that have been used or worn are subject to normal “wear & tear”, this is not considered “damaged” and is therefore not eligible for exchange.

 

Damages due to shipping

If you have received damaged item(s) due to shipping, contact us here at Twisted Designs within 48 hours. Twisted Designs will have you send back the item(s). Once we have received and reviewed the item(s) we will send a new item(s) back to you.

 

Please Note

  • Twisted Designs may request proof of damage prior to returning an item for insurance purposes (Examples: Pictures of packaging & Pictures of the damaged item(s))

  • Twisted Designs does require that all returned items go through a review process before the exchange is fulfilled.

​

  • Any item(s) returned without contacting Twisted Designs first will be forfeited by the customer upon receipt.

​

  • Final Sale items: not eligible for exchange.

​

  • Clearance items: are considered final sale items.
